Her background in public health education and intercultural communication allows her to support and increase the engagement of diverse community-based organizations on the Aunt Bertha platform. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Elaine enjoys collaborating with partners across the state to improve the experience of connecting people to social service programs.
